Alsadiq Transport
A summer leading design and digital work for a Bahraini transport group founded in 1990.

Most of this was design that had to run every single day: booking sites, office tools, and the campaigns that sent people to them.
I reported to the Chairman and worked across the group's three companies, Alsadiq Transport, Go Easy and Jawlah. One week the job was an Instagram series. The next, it was the system that had to take the bookings that series produced. I designed both, so the campaign and the product spoke the same language.
Bahrain City Bus
باصA monthly bus pass for workers. Customers register once with a live photo, then book the month on a calendar, first month free. The office reviews requests, builds trips and records payments from one desk page, and every driver gets a passenger list on their phone. I later moved the whole back end from Google Sheets to a Cloudflare D1 database.

Khaleeji 27 match trips
خليجي ٢٧Coach trips from Bahrain to Jeddah for the national team's group matches. Fans pick a match, a coach and their own seat on a bilingual booking site, and every seat is held live so two people can never take the same one. The Instagram series made the case one point per post: your own seat, family coaches, back the same night, what's included, and how few seats were left.

Fleet day board
الأسطولA prototype for a new fleet management system. Every bus sits on one timeline for the day, so the office sees contract runs, hourly hire, and the free windows that can still be sold. Arabic first, Arabic numerals throughout.

Jawlah
جولةBrand strategy for Jawlah, the group's local tourism brand: positioning, tone of voice, a hard look at competitors and visitor data, and a 23 slide deck for management. Then a first round of logo directions.
